Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 29, 2026
GoodApples ("GoodApples," "we," "us") is operated by Web Real Estate LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, 1930 Village Center Circle, Suite 3-200, Las Vegas, NV 89134. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
GoodApples is a tool that helps professionals stay in touch with their clients. That means two kinds of people have information in GoodApples: our users (the professionals and schools who sign up) and their clients (the people our users keep in touch with). This policy covers both.
1. Information we collect
From users:
- Account information: your name, email address, profession, and time zone.
- Access requests: name, email, profession, and phone number if you provide it.
- Billing information: payments are handled by our payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your full card number.
- Usage information: basic technical information such as browser type and the pages you use, so the service works and stays secure.
Information users enter about their clients:
- Names, phone numbers, email addresses, and preferred ways to be contacted.
- Dates that matter, such as birthdays and anniversaries.
- Notes the user adds about the relationship, such as work, family, interests, people the client has mentioned, and the history of calls and conversations.
- Records of referrals between clients and the user.
Information clients submit through an update link:
- When a user sends a client a personal update link, the client may confirm their contact details and add dates, updates, and a testimonial. The client chooses whether their testimonial may be shared publicly and how their name appears.
- If the update form is used by a school, it may ask parents for basic information about their child (name, class, years attended, and birthday). We do not ask for information about a child's learning, health, or behavior. Children may not fill out the form themselves; former students must confirm they are 18 or older.
Voice notes:
- When you use “Tap and talk,” your device's built-in speech recognition turns your speech into text. Depending on your browser or phone, that speech may be processed by your device's provider (for example, Apple or Google) under their own privacy policies. GoodApples receives and stores only the resulting text, not audio recordings.
2. How we use information
We use information only to provide and improve GoodApples, including to:
- Sign you in with emailed one-time codes.
- Show your daily calls, reminders, and client profiles.
- Generate coaching suggestions, such as what to say on a call, using AI (see section 4).
- File the notes you give the coach into the right client profile, after you confirm them.
- Send service emails and, if you turn them on, reminder texts and weekly emails.
- Respond to your questions and keep the service secure.
We do not sell personal information. We do not share it for advertising. We do not use client information to contact clients ourselves; any message to a client is sent by the user, from the user's own phone or email.
3. Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us run GoodApples, and only as needed for that purpose:
- Supabase (database and sign-in)
- Vercel (website hosting)
- Anthropic (AI processing for the coach)
- Resend (sending sign-in codes and service emails)
- Twilio (sending reminder texts to users, if turned on)
- Stripe (payments)
- Web3Forms (our contact form)
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the rights and safety of our users or others, or as part of a sale or merger of our business, in which case this policy would continue to apply.
4. AI processing
GoodApples uses Anthropic's Claude to write suggestions and to organize notes. To do this, relevant parts of a client's record (such as the notes and dates you have saved) are sent to Anthropic for processing. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use this data to train its models. AI suggestions are drafts for you to review; you decide what to say and send.
5. Our role and our users' responsibilities
For information users enter about their own clients, the user decides what to collect and how to use it, and GoodApples processes that information on the user's behalf. Users are responsible for having the right to store their clients' information, for following the laws that apply to their profession (including rules about referral fees, texting, and email), and for honoring their clients' requests. If you are a client of a GoodApples user and want your information changed or removed, please contact that professional directly, or contact us and we will help.
6. How long we keep information
We keep information while your account is active. If you delete a client, that client's record is deleted. If you close your account, we delete your account and client data within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records for legal, tax, or security reasons. Backups are cleared on a rolling schedule.
7. Security
We use industry-standard protections, including encrypted connections, access controls that keep each user's data separate, and sign-in by one-time code. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your devices locked and use "Sign out everywhere" in Settings if a device is lost.
8. Cookies
We use only the cookies and local storage needed to keep you signed in and to make the service work. We do not use advertising cookies.
9. Your choices and rights
You can view and update your information in GoodApples at any time, and you can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live (for example, California), you may have additional rights under local law. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights. To make a request, use or call 480-900-5000.
10. Children
GoodApples is for professionals and schools, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from anyone under 18. Basic information about a child may be provided only by a parent or by a school user, as described in section 1. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we will update the effective date and let users know by email or in the app.
